Topher’s 15-years of experience as a producer, director and cameraman for network documentary series and commercial video productions brings an economy-of-expression and understanding of collaboration to his clients. His work can be found on networks A&E, ABC, Discovery, WE, MTV and more. A few of his show credits include The First 48, Crime 360, Live Rescue, Dancing with the Stars, Main Street Mysteries, Nightmare Next Door, Deadly Affairs. 

One of Neighbor Face Productions’ first projects was teaming up with the San Bernardino Police Department and developing the Digital Canvass video series. The goal is to help communities and law enforcement engage in new ways as they work towards public safety together. This innovative social media video series, also known as a Programmatic Investigation, was a success and helped to generate tips for law enforcement by combining unsolved-crime videos with AI-driven programmatic marketing tools.
